Had to go back to 3.0 but now Zoom M/S decoder won't register.

Windows 10, Audacity 3.0: I tried everything to get the effects I’ve had for years until the latest versions. When nothing worked, I uninstalled Audacity 3.2.3 and installed Audacity 3.0. Almost all of my old effects are now back except my Zoom H6 MS Decoder (mid/side). It fails to register. It always worked with the older versions of Audacity including 3.0 but it doesn’t now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The M/S decoder is something I use a lot.
