I recorded a presentation using wireless mics. Long story short, when the first presenter turned the floor over to the second, I neglected to take the first’s mic. She went into another room and was engaged in a conversation, mostly in a whisper. Almost all of it was significantly lower audio level than the second presenter. I didn’t record in stereo, which I’ll remedy next time around. It’s all on one mono audio track. Is there a way to eliminate or filter out the whisper? Thanks in advance!
A Noise Gate can kill (or reduce) the sound when it falls between a preset threshold so that should be able to kill the whisper while the main presenter pauses between sentences, etc.
Thank you, Doug.
