Generated chirp does not reach the specified frequency

I generated chirp from 10000Hz to 20000Hz, but the spectrum plot (with maximal size) shows that there is nothing beyond around 18000Hz. The chirp from 10000Hz to 15000Hz has nothing beyond some 14000Hz. Why is the discrepancy? The rate for my project is set to 48000Hz.

Interesting. I am on the same version, only W11.
