I did search a little bit for this issue on here, but didn’t readily find it.
I have a USB turntable, and I am able to record onto my PC just fine, BUT,
some songs that have a slight gap in the middle of them - Audacity thinks that gap
represents a new song and records it as a ‘new’ song.
I know it is a setting somewhere, but I cannot find it.
SO what do you so when you have songs that have a split-second gap in the middle of them?
Audacity does think it is two different songs, but if I want to put them on a CD
I can’t because they are not ‘altogether’ one song, and they should be?
I thought I ran across a setting somewhere that I could adjust for that gap, be it 2, 3 or 4 seconds, ie if
it is longer than, say 3 seconds, then it is a new song?
