Audacity can’t do any processing during the recording.

You might be able to get Macros to work later, in post production. Macros use a scripting language to automatically tell Audacity what to do.

I’ve never seen navigation tools in Macros. You can tell Macros to perform a filter or effect automatically, but I’m pretty sure you can’t tell Macros to go to a location in the performance and do it.
