Frequency Data

Hello everyone, im new to audacity and still figuring out stuff. need your help. im using audacity to analyze bird calls and i need to extract frequency data from each bird call. for example: a call of an indian cuckoo… how can i extract the frequency data from the wave form/spectogram? like what is the frequency at a particular time?

meaning
at 0.1 sec the frequency is 1000
at 0.2 sec the frequency is 1020
at 0.3 sec the frequency is 1044
at 0.4 sec the frequency is 1095
etc… (values just as example)

can this be done? and how?

attaching images for reference.

The darkest marks at the bottom (~1200Hz) are the fundamental frequency.
The similar, but fainter, marks above, at integer-multiples of the fundamental are harmonics.

The fundamentals are stretched-out in-time due to echo/reverberation.

but is there any way i can extract this data into a text file or something? or log it somehow so the time to frequency data can be copied and used elsewhere?

Can plot spectrum, & export the frequency-analysis as a text file.
