Four tracks to one back to four?

I have an .mp3 that was ripped from a cd of a four-track vocal recordingIsome time ago. Three others and myself recorded a barbershop quartet piece, which was mixed & burned onto a CD. After the fact, we determined that one of the parts had quite a few errors on it, and we’d like to re-record the tenor track.

Is there any way to take the .mp3 of the recording session (we don’t have the original work files), split it into the four parts, and re-record one of the voice parts?

Thanks for your time!

No, sorry. That’s like trying to un-bake a cake.
