Fix of crappy recording with crappy microphone

Hi
So I have this recoding (its in Danish ) but a really crappy clip mic and a smartphone was used.
I haves tried to fix it a little but am i a complete newbie at this.
I have used Compression and noise removal with different settings but even though it helps a little the sound quality is just bad. But maybe someone here can help my to choose what effects to use and what settings?

I have attached a 5 second clip.
If anyone can help please let me know!

Here is a clip clip from after I have tried to fix it a little… as you can hear the voice has some eccho and sounds weird. the noise is pretty much gone though…

Please, read the pink panel at the top of the page and tell us what version of Audacity you are using (all three numbers) and what version of Windows.

Have you used Noise Removal (in Audacity 2.0.6 or earlier) or Noise Reduction (in 2.1.0 or later)? You may be able to reduce the harm done to the voice by using different settings. The two effects require different settings.

What is the make and model number of the “crappy microphone”? Do you have money to spend?
