How i find the lowest volume?

Teh [u]ACX Check Plug-in[/u] will give you the “Noise Floor” from the quietest half-second. That might be total digital silence (minus infinity dB) at the beginning or end so it may not be useful, or the time-window might be wrong for you. (Of course you can ignore the pass/fail results.)
After installing, ACX Check will show-up under the Analyze menu. (You may have to enable it via the Effects menu.)
