FFmpeg v2.2.2 downmixes .mp4 files to mono

I’m having issues about the FFmpeg v2.2.2 installed to my Audacity v3.1.0.
While importing .mp4 files that were in stereo, they were downmixed into mono.

Same here! I thought its an issue with iTunes!

It’s a bug. We’ll fix it in a 3.1.1 hotfix
