Failing to save and not allowing crash report to send

I’m running 3.7.1. I am having to save a back up before saving my working file in case of loss. I save and then close. There is a message and a crash dump which does not send, saying it can’t. Re open the file with a message that is didn’t save correctly, save again and the close down and it saves OK.

I’m doing nothing different to previously. There is plenty of disk space so that doesn’t look a problem.

The file is around an hour long but this seems to happen however long the file is.

Any thoughts from the experts ?

I have been experiencing the exact same problems. Is there a fix for this? I’m running the latest version and it still happens upon exiting.

I have the exact same issue (Win 10) and furthermore the bad crash file will not delete, even if one is attempting to uninstall the program! No clean reinstall. Upgrades are not permitted. HELP!
