I’m finding that this isn’t my strong suit. Is it possible to remove the running toilet sound and amplify the whispered voice via a cell recording? I’m so far beyond frustrated and any ideas would greatly help!
Probably not possible. 
If it’s so-bad that you can’t understand it, that’s a bad sign because usually the brain is the best “filter”. (The stuff you see on TV and in movies is mostly science fiction.)
Noise reduction works best when you have constant low-level background noise… It works best when you don’t really need it. If the noise is bad “the cure can be worse than the disease.”
Pros still record in soundproof studios because there is only so-much you can do, even with the best professional software.
But, AI is getting better everyday so maybe AI can do it, or it should be able to do “audio miracles”!
