Hello,
I had an aup3 file where I saved and closed Audacity, and it said the file was deleted on Windows, I recovered the aup3 file and now there were 3 files, an aup3 file, an aup3-shm file, and an aup3-wal file. I tried to open those files and it said: “Failed to Open Database file” for all three of them. I tried downloading FFmpeg, updating Audacity, and uninstalling and installing Audacity and no progress. This is on Windows 11, and this is what the error shows:

I am not sure what to do from here, I could make that file again but I want to try to figure out this issue. When I try to open those files the audio does not show up at all it’s an empty folder and when I try to close it, it gives me it’ll save an empty folder as no audio is present for the shm and wal files. the warning doesn’t show up for the aup3 file though. This was on Audacity 3.2.2 and then Audacity 3.2.3.
