Exported Audio (.WAV) Skipping at the Beginning

In the playback, the audio sounds normal. Once I export to .WAV, the file plays with what sounds like skipping for the first few seconds. I’ve attempted restarting the program, reloading the Audacity file, and re-exporting to .WAV, but the problem persists.

OS X Yosemite 10.10.3
Audacity 2.0.6 (via .dmg)

Yosemite doesn’t support Audacity 2.0.6, so upgrade to 2.1.0 may be a good first step. Save the Project instead of Exporting.
