Export Multiple, using labels

Is there a way to make a macro to Export Multiple, using labels. Hour long recording, two audio tracks + Label track, four segments. I can’t seem to find a macro command. Thanks

Thank you so much for your response. I am already aware of the procedure that you have outlined for me, but I am seeking to create a macro to do it for me. As noted in my question I can’t find the appropriate command in the list of commands. Is there one? :smiley:
