When I “export as mp3” the Year and Comment sections end up looking like this:
2018//2018
commenttext//commenttext
Basically whatever I put into the field, “//” is added and it’s repeated. I can’t figure out what’s wrong or how to fix this. Any ideas?
I’m using the 2.3.2 version and Windows 10 64-bit.

Hmmmm in mp3tag and dbpoweramp (separated with a ; in the latter). Is it maybe indicated that it’s been written to multiple kinds of tags or something?
I’m not familiar with those programs, but perhaps it indicates different ID3 versions?
Audacity’s metadata tagging is pretty basic. If tags are particularly important for your use case, it’s better to use a specialist tagging program.
I think it will be alright, it’s not like it’s a ton of work to fix. And if I forget, the DJ programs seem to read just one entry so no problem.
