Export issue with 3.4.1? (FFmpeg format with pcm_mulaw codec)

Hi, we use a specific codec & format for our phone system recordings.
I export the file using the following options:
Custom FFmpeg
format: wav
codec: pcm_mulaw
sample rate 8000
mono

After updating to version 3.4.1, our phone system is not accepting the exports saying the file is not in u-Law format. All settings are all the same.

I downgraded to v3.1.3 and the exported files work as they always have.
