Export Dance Track into ITunes

I have dance mix over an hour long. But its one HOUR long track. I want to use Audacity to mark/label each song within the ONE HOUR song. Once I label/mark each song within the Dance mix, would like to export it as an mp4 (AAC) into ITunes. I tried it and everything worked EXCEPT I was unable to export over the labled songs in audacity as metadata into ITunes. The end goal is for me to listen to my dance mix with the tracks labeled (with no gaps during the playing). I hope this makes sense. I’m befuddled right now on how to make this happen.

I think I would make sure each track had the right name and then export each one as its own M4A—or WAV.

Pull them into iTunes and then into a playlist. That will let you arrange the music as you want, play them one after the other, and should carry the song titles as it plays.

The newer iTunes are a lot better at the segueing thing than the older ones.

Once you’re in iTunes you can add and take some out without the whole editing and metadata business.

This doesn’t work with MP3 because of file structure problems, so don’t even bother.

Post back how it goes.
