Export audio ffmpeg profile can't save

Save preset is not possible:

  • selection is lost while selecting format or codec.

Please provide step by step instructions to reproduce the issue.
Remember to include the exact version number of Audacity (Look in “Help menu > About Audacity”)

Sure,
v3.1.3 win64

  1. ctrl+shift+e
  2. save as type: -custom ffmpeg …
  3. open custom …
  4. show all formats
  5. slect opus
  6. click on “libopus”
  • “formats gets changed and selection with opus format is gone”
  1. enter preset name
  2. “save preset”
  • message: “please select format before…”

Thanks. It looks like a bug that is specific to libopus.
I’ll log this issue if it’s not logged already.

The “workaround” is:

  1. ctrl+shift+e
  2. Select “Opus” as the export format.
