Expanding tracks in track control panel [SOLVED]

I am using 2.1.0 on windows 10 and don’t remember if it was a zip file or not

I just have a question about how to get the track panel back to the view with volume and pan sliders. After adjusting the view to see all the tracks in the window, the panel changes. I can collapse and uncollapse it but can’t figure out how to get the panel back to its original state with those sliders available. I’m sure its probably something simple and obvious, so I apologize for my ignorance.

Hover your cursor over the bottom edge of the track until the vertical double-headed arrow appears and then click and drag downwards to expand the track vertically.
