Hi,
I wanted to post this in case anyone is having this issue. I have not been able to track down any information on the internet or the Audacity Forums.
Windows Vista, Audacity 2.0.3
Have been using Audacity for years. This problem just recently cropped up. I cannot attribute it to any other specific program I have loaded or uninstalled.
On Audacity start up, I would consistently get the following dialog box:
<!> Can’t load module. ‘Clipper_CK2003aPub’
Click OK and get the same message 5 or 6 times. Click OK each time until it stops appearing.
Program continues to load, then this dialog box:
<!> Can’t load module. ‘Classic_Arp_CK2003aMid’
Click OK once on this and the program finishes loading and seems to operate normally.
Could not find any information as to what these messages meant, or any one else having this issue. I upgraded to 2.0.5 and still had the problem. So I completely uninstalled Audacity and all related folders I could find. Re-installed 2.0.5. Problem seems to have resolved itself. Will let you know if it begins to reoccur. Would appreciate any information if this has happened to anyone, or if there is a simple resolve.
