Moderator note: hey fella no need to shout with large writing - it doesn’t get your post answered any quicker - and although some of us forum elves are getting long-in-the-tooth we do have reading glasses. I removed the shouting for you.

Please read the pink panel at the top of the page and give us your version of Audacity and Windows.

We need to see the AUTOSAVE file Audacity is recovering from.

Open Explorer, copy the below

%appdata%

then paste that into the Explorer address bar and press ENTER on your computer keyboard.

Open the “Audacity” folder then the “AutoSave” folder.

Attach the “AUTOSAVE” file that is in the AutoSave folder. Please see here for how to attach files: https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/how-to-attach-files-to-forum-posts/24026/1
