Though I tried use this app for the first time, the below dialog comes out.

I am in trouble with how to deal with it.
I guess this one is from opening sound device.
How I make the input device settings and the project sample rate?
If my guess is right, please show me how I organize them.
Otherwise please point me out alternative
Are you using an old version of Audacity? The current version is 2.3.2, and it is available via the Audacity website: https://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/
The current version will probably not solve the problem, but it should give a better error message to help us identify the problem.
