Error code -9977 invalid sample rate on a MacBook Pro computer

Unable to run Audacity 2.4.2. I am using a MacBook Pro and Sonoma 14.4.1 OS. I get error code -9977 invalid sample rate. I checked the sample rate and it is 44,100.

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett Solo interface. I saw the solution for this error for a Windows computer. Is there a solution for a Mac?
