Equalization Disabled Stuck

Windows X - V2.3.3


Hello,

It appears my equalization is stuck on disabled. When I try to enable and click ok → nothing happens. It is still disabled. Am I missing something? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times.

What can I do?
