end of song detection

Windows 7 and Audacity 2.1
I imported music cassettes into Audacity, but unfortionately, all songs on a cassette appear as 1 song, when copied, the teac unit doesn’t recognize the end of a song. This is a fault of my unit which is a Teac AD-RW900.
Can I insert an end of song mark in Audacity for each song?

That’s normal… That’s how cassettes are… There is just one side or the other. Sometimes there’s a counter, but usually the counter doesn’t count minutes or anything standard, so “100” on one cassette player might be different from “100” on a different player.
