please where do i get all the missing effects.
mine installed with only two effects
phaser and whawha.

I would start by installing Audacity 2.1.2 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows.

If you still only have Phaser and WahWah after that, open Effect > Add / Remove Plug-ins… in Audacity 2.1.2, press “Select All”, press “Enable”, then “OK”.
