"Effects failed to initialize" error.

Audacity v 3.0.3

All my VSTs used to worked fine before, but suddenly I keep getting “Effects failed to initialize” error.
(Waves CLA vocals in this case.)
Audacity native plugins work.

And the log jargon… I don’t understand.
Please help !!

Audacity 3.0.3 is available as either a 32-bit app, or a 64-bit app.
If you wish to use the 64-bit version of Audacity, you will need to update your plug-ins to 64-bit versions.
If you wish to use 32-bit plug-ins, you will need to use the 32-bit version of Audacity.

I just installed Audacity 3.0.3 32-bit on my 64-bit system and “Success !!!” all my plugins are working now.

The only problem now is that I’m getting this error which I started suddenly getting with previous versions but not with Audacity 3.0.3 64-bit.
NO PERMISSION.JPG
I can never win. :cry:

Hopefully you can help me again.

PS. I’ve already tried the properties>security etc… business.
