Effect Sliding Time / Pitch Shift

Hello Experts,

I am using Audacity Version 2.3 and I am not able to find Effect “Sliding Time / Pitch Shift” in my Software.

How can I add this?

In Audacity 2.3.0 it is called “Sliding Stretch” https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/sliding_stretch.html
