Hi,
I am trying to download latest version and get Malicious Website blocked by Trend Micro.

Please provide a safe link.

If you can’t momentarily bypass or disable Trend Micro, maybe you can download to a different computer that has a different anti-virus program.

(The Audacity website was hacked a few months ago, but even before that some anti-virus programs were falsely-flagging Audacity.)

It’s a false positive and should clear when Trend Micro update their database. In the meantime you can download Audacity directly from the official download partner FossHub:

Update: I’ve just received an email from Trend Micro to say that they have reclassified the download pages as “safe”, so I’ll close this thread now.
