Don't give users option to update manually

Hi there,

I am a application manager of a big organisation and I am implementing this software.

1. We do not want the pop-up when starting up the application for all users:
   
   
2. We do not want all users to use OR see the option to check for updates manually.

You could prevent the pop-up window appearing by changing the [update] flags in audacity.cfg

However, users would still have the option to update via the help menu.
