Does Audacity Use Acceration Tables OR RegisterHotkeys ?

I am trying to improve my automation program for audacity.

I am using powerbasic to send keys to it.

Does Audacity use acceration tables or RegisterHotkey for it’s key functions.

I got my program working, but occasionally having some trouble with timing issues.

I want to be able to directly send messages to Audacity.

Audacity’s batch function doesn’t do vst’s, where my program does vst’s in it’s automation.
