Different volumes at one track

Hello! I am using Audacity 2.0.1 on a Lubuntu 12.10.

I have a mixed track (4 songs) but it has different volumes.

SO when I hear it sometimes it is low and other times it is high.

I want to make it everything the same volume.

I read that I must use Normilize but what this did was only to amplify it and the differences between the songs are the same.

What should I use. I attach a picture so you can see it.

You will need to manually “shape” the volume, which you can do with the Envelope Tool: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/envelope_tool.html
It will be difficult to get the transition absolutely smooth, but you should be able to make it reasonably so.

For future occasions, it is better to adjust the track volume before you mix the songs.
The easiest way to do that is to import the songs and line them up one below the other, then use the “Solo” button on the left end of the track so that you can listen to one track at a time. Use the “Gain” slider on the left end of the track to adjust the level, but keep an eye on the playback meter to ensure that it does not hit 0 dB (right end of the scale).
