When I search up in effects>Delay and Reverb, Delay doesn’t appear and just Echo and Reverb show up. Does anyone know why?
Echo and Delay are the same effect. 
Delay is normally mixed with the original, and sometimes repeated, to get an echo effect.
For some reason “Delay” is the more common audio terminology, but “Echo” is a better English word.
Delay in music is an artificial effect. It can happen in nature but in only happens in music as an effect or if a musician “echoes” a note by playing it twice, or if one instrument echoes another, etc.
Reverb is similar but with more and shorter repeated delays. Reverberation is a natural and important part of the sound in a concert hall. (In a concert hall it comes from all directions.)
Okay, yeah I kinda get that, but I want the old options that it had when it was called delay.
