I know I’m doing something wrong when I try to replace a word or phrase. Here’s what I’ve been doing: I would use the CLIP BOUNDARIES by clicking in front of the phrase to be changed. I would then record the new phrase. Once that’s done, I would cut the new phrase, return to the section I’m working on and hit PASTE.
And voila, that ‘seemed’ to work’ … except now the pasted section does not meet ACX standard and is thus unusable.
So the basic question is ’ how do I cut and paste and retain the same audio recording standards as in the rest of the recording ???
