Is there any plugin which can convert VSTi plugins to VST plugins for Audacity usage?

No - there are “wrappers” that for example expose DirectX plug-ins as VST plug-ins, but Audacity does not support instrument plug-ins of any format.

Please tell us what you are trying to do. At a very simple level you can run a VSTi in another host and record its output by recording computer playback, or possibly save the instrument output as a WAV.
