Control only via keyboard for 100% blind people

Hello everyone,

I really have a stupid question, it’s not about me but about my father (a little older and 100% blind).

Is it possible to control Audacity using the keyboard? For example, setting the mark (start / end) and cutting the marked audio section accordingly?
