Command A select all stop working

Hello,

I’m using a mac with Mojave 10.14.6. I have not updated to Big Sur due to all the issues they’re having with 3rd party software and audio drivers. For whatever reason, the shortcut command A to select all is no longer working and I need to select all from the menu which is really annoying. Any idea what I can do to remedy this?

Which version of Audacity are you using, and which macOS?

Is the Select > All menu item greyed out, or is it just that Command+A is not working?

For some reason, your Audacity keyboard shortcuts may have been altered. If you are running a fairly recent version of Audacity, you can use Tools > Reset Configuration to reset your Audacity configuration. This should also reset your keyboard settings.
