Hello,
I’m using Audacity 2.1.2 on an iMac running OS 10.6.8.
My question probably has an easy answer, or at least I hope so!
I have several short “projects” (each is about 30 seconds audio) and would like to combine them, stringing one after the other, into a single “project”.
How do I do that?
Thanks!
Export each project as a wav file. Import all wav files into new Audacity project. Adjust timing. Export to new wav file.
I don’t know if that fits your definition of “simple”
Sounds easy, but I get one clip superimposed on the other, not back-to-back… what am I missing?
Thanks, Ch.Sm.
You need to drag the clips left/right so that they play in the required order. Do that manually with the Time Shift tool or use “Tracks menu > Align Tracks > Align End to End” http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tracks_menu.html#align
Brilliant! Many thanks.
