Now using 3.6.1 and I use lots of clips from various tracks to create my own brand of “sound collages”.
I now find that when I paste into a different track, clips no longer keep their original name from the source track. If I drag them into another track the original clip title is kept. The manual still states “Clips initially take their name from the track in which they are created” so is this a bug or has the function been altered? Either way - it is not great and time consuming as it means every clip pasted in has to be manually renamed to restore its original title.
Does anyone know of a way to restore the previous clip name behaviour or am I going to have to wait for a new update? I don’t want to go back to a previous version.
I’m also not a fan of the increased size of the left hand panel - this should be something that can be customised in Preferences.

Thanks for that. I had searched but didn’t find anyone else mention it, so not surprised it’s well known.
Hopefully it’ll be fixed next update.
