Clicks in recording from Mac

Hi there,
I’m using Mac, Sonoma 14.1.1 and Audacity 3.4.2. I’m recording with a Sennheiser mic - MK4, plugged into Rodecaster Pro.

When recording my voice overs, I’m hearing clicking noises after almost every sentence. They’re so noticeable that I can see the audio wave at the click. I can remove it most of the time, but it shouldn’t be happening.
And sometimes I can’t remove it without impacting the voice.

Any idea why this is happening?
