change the pitch AND duration

Hi, I’m new to the forum . I use Audacity on mac.
It is quite possible that the answer to my question is somewhere in the forum. But I’ll still ask .
I would change pitch and at the same time ( proportionally ) to change the duration . But Audacity propose to change the pitch WITHOUT changing the duration .
Do I have the two operations separately? Except I do not know how long the piece should be made ​​after the conversion … A very earlier version PC allow this operation and I do not find it in the version 2.1.0

Effect > Change Speed should do both.
