Change the default height of tracks

Hi all (again!)

Windows 11, Audacity 3.7.7. The default height ALWAYS returns to a shrunken state!

CTRL+Shift+F enlarges it, but loading a new file sees it shrink again!

I used 3.7.7 on the Windows 10 machine before it turned up its toes, and the larger height stayed intact. Is there something Iā€™m missing? I looked in the cfg, but there was nothing I recognised as being the height default.
