I use the Audacity Software to record floodgate messages for my Department’s IVR.

My IVR provider has upgraded their software and are now requiring my floodgates to be in the 8K, 8 bit CCITT ULaw format.

I thought I had seen this feature in Audacity but I can’t find it now.

Is there something that I am missing? Can Audacity export in this format?

Any help would be appreciated.

I am using the WIndows 8 version of Audacity, not the Mac version.

The link you provided was for a MAC related post.

Please follow the instructions. They are the same for Windows as Mac.
