Happens every time. Tried going into plug-in manager and making a change but it made no difference on next startup. And if I hit skip, it doesn’t load all of the plugins so I have to go through it each time.
My first inkling on this would be a permissions problem. It may be unable to write to the configuration file to save your changes. If you are able, try running Audacity as an administrator and see if that works. If it does, there is probably a permissions problem. I would not recommend running Audacity as an administrator as a permanent solution though.
Still happens as administrator.

I’m seeing lots of posts about settings not saving. I would guess that it is being done in a different manner than it was before. This will probably be a high priority item for fixing.
