Can't Record Cassettes From Boom Box

I have Audacity 2.0.3. Used .exe installer. Have Windows Vista.

I’ve connected the line out (headphone) with the line in (blue) on the back of my computer. I press record, but nothing records. My settings are MME/Digital Output Device (HDMI). I went to Control Panel and made sure the “Show Disabled Devices” and “Show Disconnected Devices” were both checked. I’m lost as to why I still can’t record. Any and all help will be much appreciated.

The device toolbar has four boxes. What options do you have selected in each box?
