Can't Record Audio

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version of Audacity Version 2.2.2 and I am using Windows 7. I have a Udemy video that I bought and was trying to record just the audio portion of it. But then I get the error message: Error Opening Sound Device; Try changing Audio Host, Record Device, or Project Sample Rate. Not sure how to do any of those. Has anybody had this problem before?
