I have purchased a Superb USB Cassette Capture online. I run Windows 10 and Audacity 2.4.2 on a Lenovo Thinkpad.
I cannot get Audacity, my PC to “find” my audio device. It came with a disc (tiny one) which wont work in my USB CD player. I have found out it only has Audacity and the manual on it but no driver. I cannot find a driver online for it. It appears it is meant to auto install which it says it has done. Not sure what’s happening but have followed the install instructions from the retailer and still nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Audacity as well as a PC reboot and check I am running the latest Win 10 version. All good. Any help will be appreciated. Only thing I have not done is toss it in the bin.

Check in the Windows Sound control panel that the USB Cassette appears as a recording device, and shows a level when you play a cassette.
