Can't download Audacity in English[SOLVED]

I want to use Audacity in English: I downloaded the program from a page in English, and I selected English as the installation language. But when the download is complete, the program is offered in Spanish :open_mouth: , and I can’t change this option.

I’m in Peru, and maybe it’s some automated feature, but I specifically need to use this program in English. Will appreciate your feedback.

Yes if you are running Windows with the Region and Format set to a country that has Spanish language, Audacity will show you Spanish.
