can's save, can't export [SOLVED]

My first time trying this program. All Save and Export options are greyed out on the audio file I’ve successfully imported to Audacity. How can I export? thank you Ben

Try pressing te Stop button rather than the Pause button - many commands are grayed-out and inoperable when you are in Pause mode.
